These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the games, websites, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Weeny Studio (“Company”). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Definitions
“Company” refers to Weeny Studio.
“Services” includes all games, applications, and websites operated by Weeny Studio.
“User” means any individual who accesses or uses the Services.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
If you create an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
Use cheats, bots, or hacks to manipulate gameplay.
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the game.
Share, sell, or transfer accounts to others.
Engage in harassment, hate speech, or offensive behavior.
Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases
Virtual items (e.g., coins, skins, characters) have no real-world monetary value and are licensed, not owned, by the User.
Purchased items are non-refundable, except as required by applicable laws.
The Company reserves the right to modify or remove virtual items at its discretion.
5. Refund Policy
(1) Users may request a refund for unused virtual items within 7 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
(2) The following items are non-refundable:
Virtual items that have already been used or consumed.
Items obtained through random mechanisms (e.g., loot boxes, gacha, mystery boxes).
Subscription services or time-limited offers.
(3) Refund requests must be submitted through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, following their respective refund policies.

(4) The Company reserves the right to refuse refund requests that violate these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
The Company is not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized account access.
The Company is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost progress, lost purchases, or third-party service failures.
7. Termination & Service Changes
The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Services without liability.
Users who violate these Terms may be permanently banned from the Services.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international business and digital commerce law, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of a neutral arbitration provider, and the decision shall be final and binding.
